CAPTAIN RIZZ is one of the fastest rising names on the club scene at the moment with his monthly Rizz Shack based in West Ham Lane, Stratford. He has just released his new single, Fly Away. A sound described as psychedelic space rock with a roots reggae dance orientated fusion with a nod to Hendrix .

The Moonlight at West Hamstead was selected and the RIZZSHACK was born the RIZZSHÄCK scene grew quickly, and CAPT. RIZZ and his band released their acclaimed debut FLY AWAY in March 91. Their second single, a scorching version of IN THE SUMMERTIME will Released to coincide wih the RIZZSHACK's First Anniversary in August.

IT WAS a night of music and dance at the Hawkwind concert in the Ipswich Com
Exchange last night.
rhythms that set the evening up with a swing. Definitely a name to watch out for
in the future.
Hawkwind, celebrating their 25th year in the business, gave the audience everything
they expected and more with a brilliant light show, stunning twO-girl dance troupe a fire-eater and a belly dancer!
The band ripped through such crowd-pleasers as Wolfman, Psi Power and the
classic hit Silver Machine with all the venom of 25 years ago.

The Captain Rizz Tribe began in the early 90’s under the guidance of

Simon Tipi.

Who established The Captain Rizz Project on the live music scene in north London and beyond.
Finding themselves in demand they became popular on the festival scene and had a devout following in the self titled “RIZZ TRIBE” the band went on to support psychedelic troubadours “HAWKWIND” Playing major venues across the UK culminating in a European Tour playing to audiences as far away as Czechoslovakia, where their unique blend of Punky Funk with a hard edge was extremely popular.

Captain Rizz was a candidate in the 1992 Parliamentary General Election with the Rizz Party.
